A member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee at Sterling Montessori Academy in Morrisville, NC, has come forward and blown the whistle on the committee’s alleged plans to segregate the K-8th grade students based on race.
According to the whistleblower, in the May 3, 2021 DEI Committee Meeting, the DEI Committee leadership team were discussing how best to segregate the school children based on their skin color, in order to teach the children with white skin that they were “born inherently evil” and that they are the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class in American society, that must “work their whole lives to dismantle their whiteness” and that the non-white children are the “oppressed” class that will need to “work their whole lives to dismantle the systemically racist system” that allegedly exists in America.
According to the whistleblower, when he asked the DEI Committee Leadership Team which group his children would go into as his children were mixed race, they had no answer as they “apparently hadn’t taken that into consideration.”
According to the whistleblower, when he raised his concerns over the legality of their racial segregation plans, and pointed out that what they wanted to do would be a violation of state and federal law, including the 1963 Civil Rights Act, he was told “We’ll make sure we do it right.”
Concerned with the apathetic response he received from the DEI Committee Leadership Team, over very real and valid concerns, he decided to blow the whistle on their plans by making his concerns public by emailing the Sterling Montessori Academy Board of Directors and alerting them to what was being planned.
In his email to the Board of Directors, he explained that segregating the kids based on race in order to brand “children born with white skin the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class is a textbook example of Cultural Marxism that comes directly from the pages of the Communist Manifesto,” and that it would not improve race relations, but instead “creates a hostile school environment, just like it does a hostile work environment, because it pits people against each other based on their race.”
In response to his viral email, the racial segregation plans were never implemented, but the DEI Committee was not dismantled and instead continues on.
Below is the email the whistleblower sent to the Sterling Montessori Academy Board of Directors that resulted in the DEI Committee racial segregation plans being put on hold.

Dear All,
I have been a member of the DEI Working Group since it’s inception and have been keeping up on all the collaborative work that has been done up until now.
Over the last couple of months, there have been a growing number of questions that have arisen for me that have forced me to call into question the merit of our work.
As I mentioned in last week’s conference call, where DEI has been implemented in school, the children were segregated by race and told that the children with white skin had “privilege” and were the “oppressors” and everyone without white skin were the “oppressed” victims.
The result was verbal and physical violence against the children with white skin.
Where no racism existed before, and the children viewed each other equally, DEI caused the children to form racial identities and tribes, whereby the white children were branded “the evil ones” that would be “oppressing” all the non-white kids their whole lives.
The result is that DEI caused racism, tribalism, fear, division and resentment to arise that didn’t exist up until then.
This toxic ideology, also known as Critical Race Theory, divides children by race and traffics in the pernicious concepts of race essentialism, racial stereotyping, and race-based segregation—all under a false pursuit of ‘social justice’.
It racially scapegoats and stereotypes children with white skin as being evil “oppressors”, while belittling everyone non-white by teaching them that they are “victims” that will never be able to overcome the “oppression” that you introduced into their heads.
It teaches children to judge people by the color of their skin.
It is the opposite of what Martin Luther King Jr. fought so hard for in the 1960s, in which people should be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
DEI implementation, in which white children and adults are branded the “oppressors” and everyone else the “oppressed”, creates a hostile school environment, just like it does a hostile work environment, because it pits people against each other based on their race.
Furthermore, implementation of such destructive theories as DEI / Critical Race Theory, on 5 to 14 year olds, in which children are segregated based on their race, and branded as good and evil, all based on their skin color, is a blatant violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and is unconstitutional.
It is also pure evil and antithetical to the Montessori teachings of treating each other with respect in order to create a peaceful environment for all.
Branding children born with white skin the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class is a textbook example of Cultural Marxism that comes directly from the pages of the Communist Manifesto.
Dividing people based on any group identity always leads to persecution, violence, death, starvation and genocide.
Labeling certain people the “oppressors” and everyone else the “oppressed” is what the communists did in Russia in 1917 in order to bring about the murder of 20 million of these “privileged” people.
The NAZIs also taught their school children that the Jews were the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class in order to bring about the murder of 6 million Jews in concentration camps. My grandfather liberated one of these camps.
The communists in China during the 1960s Cultural Revolution also taught their school children that certain people were the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class in order to bring about the murder and starvation of 65 million people!
I used to live in Communist China and my teacher lived through the Cultural Revolution. He told me that the teachers asked all the students to report their parents for saying anything bad about the totalitarian communist government.
One day, he overheard his parents complaining about how little food there was due to communism, and he decided to be a good student and let his teachers know. The teachers praised him for snitching on his parents and after school all the teachers got together and went to his parents house with him to confront them.
They dragged his parents out of their home, made them kneel on the ground and then handed a gun to my teacher, who was only 9 years old at the time, and told him to shoot his parents in the head.
He wasn’t the only one that had to carry that weight with him his whole life. There are thousands more like him: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/mar/27/china-cultural-revolution-sons-guilt-zhang-hongping
Is that the future you want for our children? Is that the future you want for America? Do you want to live in a society like that?
If not, then adjust your course and abandon the DEI / Critical Race Theory premise that white children are the “oppressors” and the “privileged” class as this is where it all leads.
I could go on about how this communist dogma about “oppressors” and “privilege” and the “oppressed” lead to the death of 2 million in Cambodia, 2 million in North Korea, 1.7 million in Ethiopia, but I think you get the point.
In summary, implementing DEI / Critical Race Theory at Sterling Montessori, in which people with white skin are labelled as “oppressors” and “privileged” and everyone else as the “oppressed victims”, will result in a hostile work environment as well as a hostile school environment.
It will create racism and tribalism that wasn’t there before. It is also a blatant violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and is unconstitutional.
